How to Use Asterisk Software IP PBX – Part 3

In the third video of this 10 part video series on Asterisk,  I explain how to configure extensions with Asterisk.

An extension in asterisk is a user that is able to connect and use the system to place or receive calls, use voicemail and other features of asterisk.

There are specific options to setup for each extension including, but not limited to: username, secret to the set the password, host parameter, NAT, type parameter, and the qualify parameter.
