KeePass File Menu, Tools Menu, and Toolbar

Let’s jump deeper into how Keepass works, including the Keepass File Menu, the toolbar, and various toolbar options.

Firstly, we have the Keepass file menu, which includes menu options typical in most software programs including New, Open, Save, in addition to database settings including options to prevent attempted hacks, default username for new password entries, print options for printing your database entries (use cautiously!!). This VIDEO explains some of the Keepass File menu options.

Next, we have the Keepass Tool menu allows you to tweak Keepass including the ability to lock your workspace after a certain amount of non-activity, modify the GUI interface, change the clipboard behavior which cleans out from memory any copied Keepass data such as username or passwords, setup options, and advanced options.  Watch the Keepass Tool menu VIDEO.

Finally, we have the Keepass toolbar. The Keepass toolbar is simple, yet offers a number great buttons, including a button to create a new Keepass database, add and delete your password entries, copy username and passwords to clipboard to quick password entries, and  lock and unlock your Keepass workspace.  You can watch the VIDEO which highlights this functionality.
