Using Google Toolbar to Search Within a Website

An often overlooked Google search feature is the ability to “search within” a website.  This is a powerful way to locate specific search criteria in a particular website.  You can do this by using the “Search Within” button - a custom button you can add to the Google Toolbar.

For example, if you are interested in searching for the “lemur” within Wikipedia, simply type the word lemur and click on the Search Within button. Alternatively, in the Google search field, type: lemur site:en.wikipedia.org  - the results will show each Wikipedia page containing the word “lemur.”
